This site is intended to provide public access to City documents including Agendas, Minutes, Staff Reports, etc.

The meeting search allows you to locate meetings and meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, ordinances,
resolutions, etc. You can browse through the displayed meetings or select a meeting type and enter a keyword to
search for.
The following sample shows a search performed against "Tuesday Meetings" containing "highway 101".

Viewing the meeting details allows you to access the agenda and/or supporting documents in a variety of delivery methods. To view
the meeting details, click on the Calendar icon ( ) in the "View" column of your desired meeting.

The meeting details screen will look similar to the example below. You may click on the Adobe PDF icon(s) ( ) to view the desired documents in PDF format.
Or, you may click on the "HTML" link ( ) to view the same document in HTML format.
